RapidSuite ETB 2.1

The RapidSuite™ Engineering Tool Box (ETB) is a mobile application developed by Halliburton, a recognized leader in the field of well completions and hydraulic fracturing technology. Built upon field-proven solutions, the ETB aims to facilitate more efficient and safer multi-stage fracture stimulation operations, while contributing to improved cost-effectiveness in unconventional resource development.

The application offers several practical tools for engineers and operational personnel involved in horizontal well completions, including the use of RapidFrac™, RapidStage™, RapidShift™, RapidStart™, and RapidStart™ Initiator systems. Additionally, the ETB can complement plug and perforate systems, supporting optimization of stimulation procedures. Its capabilities extend to calculating and recording data during live operations, thus aiding real-time decision-making.

Version 1 provides four core tools:

• Baffle Selector: Facilitates selection of the number of fracturing stages and ball seat sizes based on casing ID, fracturing rate, and annular isolation type.
• Port Configurator: Allows simulation of various exit port configurations and sizes to optimize stimulation outcomes, applicable also in plug and perforate scenarios.
• Differential Pressure Estimator: Computes expected differential pressure across frac balls or annular packers during fracturing operations, applicable in multiple contexts.
• Displacement Calculator: Assists in calculating the displacement volume from surface to target ball seats, minimizing over-displacement during stage execution.

The ETB app functions offline, eliminating the need for internet access during operations. Results can be conveniently emailed for recordkeeping. Users are encouraged to keep the application updated to access new calculator features as they become available.
